What this website collects
This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, the service you are interested in, and your message. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, which stores submissions for a limited period under its own privacy policy.
Please do not include patient information or other confidential data in an enquiry.
How we use your enquiry
We use the information you send to reply to you and to discuss whether Accancy can help. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Client data and PHI
Where Accancy performs services for a client, protected health information is handled under a Business Associate Agreement and the client’s own access controls. This website is not used to transmit or store PHI.
